Ingredients
- 1 cup rice (bamboo rice, do not rinse rice!)
- 1 1/2 cups water
Recipe
- 1 bring water to a boil.
- 2 add rice and bring back to boiling.
- 3 stir, cover, reduce heat to low.
- 4 simmer 12-15 minutes.
- 5 remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes.
- 6 fluff with fork and serve.
