Bamboo Rice

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 cup rice (bamboo rice, do not rinse rice!)
  • 1 1/2 cups water

Recipe

  • 1 bring water to a boil.
  • 2 add rice and bring back to boiling.
  • 3 stir, cover, reduce heat to low.
  • 4 simmer 12-15 minutes.
  • 5 remove from heat and let stand, covered, 5-10 minutes.
  • 6 fluff with fork and serve.
