Baltimore Peach Cake

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 5 large peaches, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 with electric mixer, blend first five ingredients. spread in greased and floured 15x10" jelly roll pan.
  • 2 mix together the 3/4 cup sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle half the mixture lightly over dough base.
  • 3 arrange peach slices in rows on top of cinnamon sugar. sprinkle with remainder of cinnamon sugar mixture and drizzle melted butter over all.
  • 4 bake for 25-30 minutes in preheated 350 degree (fahrenheit) oven.
  • 5 cool, then slice into small squares.
