Ingredients

- 4 1/2 lbs watermelon, whole, plus
- 3 cups chopped watermelon
- 3 quarts water
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 1/2 quarts ice cubes
Recipe
- 1 remove rind from watermelon, and cut into chunks.
- 2 in batches, blend water, sugar, watermelon and ice in a blender.
- 3 pour into a large pitcher.
