Blueberry Breakfast Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 g strawberry yogurt (or any other berry)
  • 1/4 cup water or 1/4 cup nonfat milk
  • 1/4 cup cranberry juice
  • 1 tablespoon ground flax seed

Recipe

  • 1 put all ingredients into a blender or food processor and process until smooth.
