Apricot Basting Sauce

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 mins

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 heat all ingredients over low heat, stirring occasionally, until jam is melted.
