Avocado Mayonnaise (no Dairy!)

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 1 tablespoon rice milk or 1 tablespoon oat milk
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 mash avocado.
  • 2 stir in with other ingredients.
