Apricot Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dried apricot halves, cut into 1/4 inch strips
- 3/4 cup cranberry juice cocktail
- 1 (12 ounce) bag cranberries
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger (minced)
Recipe
- 1 in 2 qt.
- 2 saucepan soak apricots in cranberry juice for 10 minutes.
- 3 add cranberries, sugar, and ginger; heat to boiling.
- 4 reduce heat and cook uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5 cover and refrigerate till well chilled.
