Blackberry Jelly

Total Time: 14 hrs 45 mins Preparation Time: 14 hrs Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • 5 quarts blackberries
  • 1 1/4 cups water
  • sugar

Recipe

  • 1 combine berries and water.
  • 2 bring slowly to a boil.
  • 3 cook until berries are soft.
  • 4 strain overnight in a jelly strainer, lined with cheesecloth that has been wrung out in hot water.
