Auntie Mimi's Fried Apricot Pies

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 lb dried apricot
  • 10 biscuits (from the can)
  • cooking oil
  • sugar

Recipe

  • 1 cover dried apricots with water, and cook in a sauce pan till "jam" like texture.
  • 2 set aside to cool.
  • 3 roll out biscuits to 6-8' circle's.
  • 4 place 2-3 tbs. of apricots in center of biscuit.
  • 5 fold biscuit in half. seal with fork.
  • 6 fry in med. hot cooking oil- until golden brown.
  • 7 sprinkle with sugar while warm.
  • 8 let em' cool a bit, and enjoy!
