Best Blueberry Grunt

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 4 cups blueberries (frozen or fresh)
  • 1 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 cup milk

Recipe

  • 1 in a saucepan, combine the berries, sugar, water and lemon juice.
  • 2 heat to boiling and reduce to a simmer.
