Ingredients
- 4 cups blueberries
- 3/4 cup maple syrup
Recipe
- 1 wash and stem blueberries.
- 2 place in a deep saucepan and crush.
- 3 cook over medium heat for 5 minutes.
- 4 remove from heat and add maple syrup.
- 5 return to medium heat and cook till thoroughly mixed.
- 6 remove from heat and serve while hot.
- 7 good topping for pancakes and ice cream.
