Belgioioso Fontina Melt

Total Time: 17 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 12 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 loaf italian bread
  • 2 fresh tomatoes, cubed
  • basil leaves, julienned
  • fontina cheese, sliced

Recipe

  • 1 cut bread lengthwise into halves.
  • 2 top each half with tomatoes and sprinkle with basil.
  • 3 top with fontina cheese.
  • 4 place in oven at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is golden brown.
