Ingredients
- 1 medium avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 cup cucumber, seeded, peeled and chopped
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 anaheim chili, seeded and chopped
- 1/2 cup tomato, chopped
- 2 tablespoons cilantro, chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and mix well.
- 2 cover and refrigerate at least 1 hour.
