- 2 avocados
- 1 lime, juice of
- 1/2 jalapeno pepper
- 3 tablespoons fresh cilantro
- salt and pepper
- 1 tomato, seeded and chopped
Recipe
- 1 mash avocado in bowl with lime juice.
- 2 chop and seed jalepeno pepper, add to avocado mixture.
- 3 chop cilantro and add.
- 4 salt and pepper to taste.
- 5 add tomato right before you serve to prevent waterness.
- 6 serve with tortilla chips.
