- 1 kg pumpkin
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius cut pumpkin into large slices.
- 2 place each pumpkin slice onto a piece of foil. brush both sides of pumpkin with olive oil and then shoyu.
- 3 wrap pumpkin in the aluminium foil and place onto a baking tray.
- 4 bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
- 5 unwrap pumpkin and serve.
