Baked Pumpkin With Shoyu

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 kg pumpkin
  • 1 tablespoon shoyu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 200 degrees celsius cut pumpkin into large slices.
  • 2 place each pumpkin slice onto a piece of foil. brush both sides of pumpkin with olive oil and then shoyu.
  • 3 wrap pumpkin in the aluminium foil and place onto a baking tray.
  • 4 bake in a hot oven for 20 minutes.
  • 5 unwrap pumpkin and serve.
