Bloody Mary Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 5 large ripe tomatoes, peeled and seeded
- 1 clove garlic, smashed
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 small green sweet pepper
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 1 teaspoon tabasco sauce (or sauce of choice. additional tobasco sauce can be used to taste)
- salt and pepper
- 1/2 cup vodka, chilled
Recipe
- 1 place tomatoes, garlic, onion, green pepper and pepper sauce in blender.
- 2 blend to a smooth paste then gradually blend in tomato juice.
- 3 add salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 chill at least 4 hours.
- 5 just before stirring, stir in vodka.
- 6 serve over ice in large goblets.
- 7 place a celery stick into each serving.
