Ingredients

- 1 ripe avocado
- 1/2 lime, juice of
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 jalapeno, stemmed, cut into pieces
- 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
- 1/2 cup cold water
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon roughly chopped onion
Recipe
- 1 put the avocado, lime juice, salt, jalapeno, cilantro, water and olive oil in a food processor. puree until smooth.
- 2 add the onion and pulse to roughly blend inches.
- 3 serve immediately.
