- 2 cups low-fat milk
- 1 cup vanilla ice cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 cups ice
- 1 cup fresh strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, blackberries
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (china cinnamon is best)

- 1 put all the ingredients into a blender. use the ice crush function to blend until smooth.
