- 9 garlic cloves
- 1 onion
- 20 leaves fresh basil or 20 leaves dried basil
- 1 pinch oregano (or more)
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- ground black pepper
- 3 (24 ounce) cans crushed tomatoes
- 1 pinch sugar
- salt
Recipe
- 1 sautee garlic, and onion in evoo until golden. add remaining ingredients. cook at least 15 minutes, the longer the better.
