Aloo Raita

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 1/2 cups yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 500 g potatoes
  • chopped fresh chives
  • 2 teaspoons cumin seeds

Recipe

  • 1 blend together the yogurt, cumin, salt, pepper and chili powder.
  • 2 chill in fridge.
  • 3 cook potatoes in boiling water.
  • 4 peel and dice when cool.
  • 5 mix with the yogurt.
  • 6 serve garnished with chopped chives and cumin seeds.
