Ingredients

- 2 1/2 cups yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 500 g potatoes
- chopped fresh chives
- 2 teaspoons cumin seeds
Recipe
- 1 blend together the yogurt, cumin, salt, pepper and chili powder.
- 2 chill in fridge.
- 3 cook potatoes in boiling water.
- 4 peel and dice when cool.
- 5 mix with the yogurt.
- 6 serve garnished with chopped chives and cumin seeds.
