Apricot Basting Sauce

Ingredients

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup apricot jam
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup dried apricot, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup dry wine
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce

Recipe

  • 1 mix together sugar, apricot jam, salt, apricots, wine, honey and worcestershire sauce in a saucepan.
