Berry Mint Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 whole ripe bananas, broken into large pieces
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 cup raspberries
  • 1 cup cranberry juice cocktail
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh mint
  • mint sprig

Recipe

  • 1 add all the ingredients to a blender and purée until smooth. chill mixture in fridge until cold and serve garnished with mint sprigs.
