Blueberry Banana Oatmeal Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1 cup soy milk
  • 1 frozen banana, sliced
  • 1/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/4 cup oats
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar, or more to taste
