Banana Passion Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 large bananas (sugar bananas if possible) or 2 small bananas (sugar bananas if possible)
  • 2 passion fruit
  • 2 cups soymilk
  • 1 tablespoon wheat germ
  • 2 drops vanilla essence
  • 3 -4 ice cubes (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 slice the banana, halve the passionfruits and scoop out the seeds and fruit and add to the blender.
  • 2 add the soy milk, wheat germ, vanilla essence and ice cubes if adding, and blend on high until all the ingredients are well blended.
  • 3 serve.
