Banana Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 1
  • 1/2 cup low fat cottage cheese
  • 1 cup ice
  • 1/2 cup low-fat milk
  • 1 large banana

Recipe

  • 1 add ice milk and cottage cheese in a blender. blend on medium. next add chunks of banana. blend until desired frothieness.
