Ingredients

- 1 cup skim milk
- 1/2 cup blackberry
- 1/2 banana
- 1 tablespoon sugar or 1 tablespoon honey
- 1/2 cup ice, if preferred
Recipe
- 1 blend all ingredients together. i tend to add ice if it seems too thick, and sometimes more milk as well. it all depends on my mood. :).
