Ingredients
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1 cup vinegar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup italian parsley, finely chopped
- 4 large fresh tomatoes, chopped
- 1 large yellow onion, finely chopped
- 2 fresh cayenne peppers, finely chopped (more or less to taste)
Recipe
- 1 combine all the ingredients in a large bowl.
- 2 stir well and serve either at room temperature or cold.
- 3 flavors intensify upon standing.
