Best Vegan Banana Bread

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • 3 bananas, the riper the better
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 dash salt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 3/4 cup sugar

Recipe

  • 1 preheat the oven to 350*f.
  • 2 mist a loaf pan with oil.
  • 3 in a large bowl, mash the 3 bananas with a fork until mostly smooth.
  • 4 add oil, and mix throughly.
  • 5 add baking powder and dash of salt to the mixture, and stir.
  • 6 add flour and sugar; stir until combined.
  • 7 pour batter into the loaf pan.
  • 8 bake for 40 minutes, or until top is lightly golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
  • 9 enjoy this light fluffy banana bread right out of the oven, or after a few days.
  • 10 i like to spread applesauce and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
