Best Vegan Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 3 bananas, the riper the better
- 2 tablespoons oil
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 dash salt
- 2 cups flour
- 3/4 cup sugar
Recipe
- 1 preheat the oven to 350*f.
- 2 mist a loaf pan with oil.
- 3 in a large bowl, mash the 3 bananas with a fork until mostly smooth.
- 4 add oil, and mix throughly.
- 5 add baking powder and dash of salt to the mixture, and stir.
- 6 add flour and sugar; stir until combined.
- 7 pour batter into the loaf pan.
- 8 bake for 40 minutes, or until top is lightly golden and toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
- 9 enjoy this light fluffy banana bread right out of the oven, or after a few days.
- 10 i like to spread applesauce and sprinkle cinnamon on top.
