Banana Pancake

Ingredients
- 4 egg whites or 4 egg substitute
- 1/3 cup oatmeal
- 1 banana
- pam cooking spray
Recipe
- 1 mix egg whites, oatmeal, and banana in a blender. spray a 6-inch teflon pan with cooking spray and place on low/medium heat. pour mixture in pan, cover, and cook approximately 4-5 minutes. flip pancake over with a spatula and cook approximately 1-2 more minutes or until inside of the pancake is cooked. top your pancake with a lite flavored yogurt, sugar free syrup or a low sugar jam. if pancake is too moist, use on 1/2 banana in the recipe.
