Banana Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 small banana, mashed
- 3/4 cup skim milk
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Recipe
- 1 1. mix together flour, salt and baking powder with a whisk.
- 2 2. add the mashed banana and milk, mixing until combined.
- 3 3. cook on a medium heat frying pan by 1/4 cup at a time. wait until there are bubbles on the surface before flipping and cooking for a further few seconds (until browned on other side, usually takes about 5 seconds for me).
- 4 4. eat and enjoy!
