Bread Machine Yogurt Cornbread

Ingredients
- 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1/2 cup water (110 degrees)
- 4 teaspoons butter
- 3 1/3 cups bread flour
- 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
- 2 transfer to bread machine pan.
- 3 makes a 2 pound loaf.
- 4 medium crust.
- 5 when finished, remove from pan and let set for 30 minutes.
- 6 store in air tight container.
