Bread Machine Yogurt Cornbread

Total Time: 3 hrs 15 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 3 hrs

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup water (110 degrees)
  • 4 teaspoons butter
  • 3 1/3 cups bread flour
  • 1 cup cornmeal
  • 1 cup canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a bowl.
  • 2 transfer to bread machine pan.
  • 3 makes a 2 pound loaf.
  • 4 medium crust.
  • 5 when finished, remove from pan and let set for 30 minutes.
  • 6 store in air tight container.
