Bagel Crisps

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 bagels
  • salt
  • chili powder
  • oil (for deep frying)

Recipe

  • 1 slice bagels in half and then cut into 1cm slices.
  • 2 deep fry til brown and crunchy, remove to paper towels.
  • 3 sprinkle with salt and chili powder on both sides and serve.
