- 4 bagels
- salt
- chili powder
- oil (for deep frying)
Recipe
- 1 slice bagels in half and then cut into 1cm slices.
- 2 deep fry til brown and crunchy, remove to paper towels.
- 3 sprinkle with salt and chili powder on both sides and serve.
