Apple Raisin Soup

Ingredients
- Servings: 3
- 2 cups apple juice
- 2 large cooking apples, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 2 inches cinnamon sticks
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon brandy
Recipe
- 1 in a 2 quart saucepan combine the first 4 ingredients. cover and simmer 15 minutes or until the apples are tender.
- 2 stir in brandy and sugar, cook until dissolved.
- 3 remove cinnamon stick before serving. you can also put this in the blender before serving if desired.
