Ingredients

- 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
- 3 tomatoes, sliced
- 1/2 cup basil leaves, chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f
- 2 in a greased gratin dish, overlap artichoke and tomato slices.
- 3 sprinkle with chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
- 4 combine breadcrumbs and swiss cheese; sprinkle over vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
- 5 bake until top is golden, about 25 minutes.
