Artichoke And Tomato Gratin

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 14 ounces artichoke hearts, drained and sliced
  • 3 tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/2 cup basil leaves, chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 1 1/2 cups fresh breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup swiss cheese, grated
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees f
  • 2 in a greased gratin dish, overlap artichoke and tomato slices.
  • 3 sprinkle with chopped basil and season with salt and pepper.
  • 4 combine breadcrumbs and swiss cheese; sprinkle over vegetables and drizzle with olive oil.
  • 5 bake until top is golden, about 25 minutes.
