Ingredients

- 4 apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/3 cup water
Recipe
- 1 wash and cut apples into quarters remove core,seeds and peel.
- 2 put 1/3 cup water into pan, place apples in water.
- 3 cover pot and cook on low for 15 minutes, stir occasionally, add more water if needed.
- 4 add the sugar, stir to mix well.
- 5 serve warm, or cool in the refrigerator.
