Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 cup milk (i use plain soy milk or rice milk)
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder (optional)
Recipe
- 1 combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. top it off with whipped cream for added "wow-factor".
