Awesome Banana Smoothie

Total Time: 7 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 2 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 cup milk (i use plain soy milk or rice milk)
  • 2 teaspoons sugar
  • 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
  • 1 scoop vanilla soy protein powder (optional)

Recipe

  • 1 combine ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. top it off with whipped cream for added "wow-factor".
