- 1 cup soy sauce
- 5/8 cup miso
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 onion, grated
- 1/2 apple, grated
- 1 1/2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon garlic, grated
- 2 teaspoons tahini paste
Recipe
- 1 put miso paste in a bowl. add sugar and mix well.
- 2 add the other ingredients in to the bowl and stir well.
- 3 using a blender, puree ingredients.
