- 1 3/4 cups water
- 1 cup shredded carrot
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup uncooked long grain rice
- 3 tablespoons parsley
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 tablespoon chicken bouillon granule
Recipe
- 1 combine above ingredients in square 8 inch baking dish.
- 2 cover and bake 375 for 40 to 45 minutes or until tender.
- 3 stir after 25 minutes.
