Berry Orange Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries or 1 cup fresh blueberries or 1 cup fresh raspberry
  • 1 ripe banana, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons orange juice
  • 3 teaspoons sugar
  • 1 cup ice

Recipe

  • 1 place all ingredients in a blender or food processor.
  • 2 blend until smooth.
  • 3 serve chilled.
  • 4 note: extra portions can be refrigerated or frozen for a fast, healthy snack.
