Crunchy Chicken Casserole

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 4 cups diced cooked chicken
  • 2 (10.75 ounce) cans condensed cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups diced celery
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • 1 1/2 cups mayonnaise
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons grated onion
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups crushed corn flakes
  • 1/4 cup margarine, melted

    Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins Ready Time: 55 mins

  • preheat oven to 375 degrees f (190 degrees c).
  • mix chicken, cream of chicken soup, celery, rice, mayonnaise, eggs, lemon juice, onion, and salt in a large bowl. transfer mixture to a 9x13-inch baking dish. mix corn flakes and margarine in another bowl; sprinkle over chicken mixture.
  • bake in preheated oven until bubbly and golden brown, 40 to 45 minutes.
