Easy Overnight Oatmeal

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • non-stick cooking spray
  • 4 cups almond milk
  • 2 cups steel-cut oats
  • 2 cups chopped apples
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

    Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 7 hrs

    Ready Time: 7 hrs 10 mins

  • coat the inside of a slow cooker with cooking spray.
  • combine almond milk, oats, apples, raisins, walnuts, brown sugar, butter, cinnamon, and salt in the prepared slow cooker.
  • cook on low for 7 to 8 hours.
