Vegan Ricotta

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (16 ounce) package tofu
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil

  • pulse tofu, olive oil, garlic powder, oregano, and basil together in a food processor until crumbly and evenly mixed.
