- 3/4 cup long-grain rice
- 1 1/2 cups apple juice
- 1 cup chunky applesauce
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
Recipe
- 1 in medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except parsley. bring to a boil and stir. reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender. stir in parsley.
