Apple Cinnamon Rice

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 25 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 3/4 cup long-grain rice
  • 1 1/2 cups apple juice
  • 1 cup chunky applesauce
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley

Recipe

  • 1 in medium saucepan, combine all ingredients except parsley. bring to a boil and stir. reduce heat to simmer; cover and cook 25 minutes or until rice is tender. stir in parsley.
