Ingredients

• 7 strawberries, sliced in half
• 1 1/2 ounces rum
• 1/2 teaspoon lime juice
• 4 ice cubes
• 1/4 cup strawberry ice cream
• club soda

Recipe

• 1 combine strawberries, rum, lime juice, ice and ice cream in a blender.
• 2 blend until smooth.
• 3 pour into a tall chilled glass.
• 4 top with club soda and garnish with an orange wheel, 1/2 strawberry and fresh mint.
