Batter For Fried Vegetables

Total Time: 9 mins Preparation Time: 3 mins Cook Time: 6 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon mrs. dash seasoning mix
  • 2/3 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 egg , beaten stiff

Recipe

  • 1 sift dry ingredients, add water and oil, beat until smooth.
  • 2 fold in egg just before frying.
  • 3 coat vegetables and fry in deep fat until brown.
