Ingredients

- 1/2 cup apple juice
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Recipe
- 1 bring apple juice almost to a boil and stir in sugar.
- 2 lower heat to a simmer.
- 3 stir and simmer until sugar is dissolved.
- 4 add the cinnamon and vanilla extract and continue to simmer for one more minute.
