Ingredients

- 1 (5 1/4 ounce) package au gratin potato mix
- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
- 3 cups water
- 2/3 cup diced carrot
- 2/3 cup diced celery
- 1/2 cup light cream
Recipe
- 1 mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, broth, water, carrots and celery in large saucepan.
- 2 heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
- 3 reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
- 4 remove from heat and stir in cream.
