Au Gratin Cheese Soup

Ingredients

  • Servings: 5
  • 1 (5 1/4 ounce) package au gratin potato mix
  • 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can chicken broth
  • 3 cups water
  • 2/3 cup diced carrot
  • 2/3 cup diced celery
  • 1/2 cup light cream

Recipe

  • 1 mix potato slices, cheese sauce mix, broth, water, carrots and celery in large saucepan.
  • 2 heat to boiling, stirring occasionally.
  • 3 reduce heat; cover and simmer for 25 to 30 minutes or until potatoes are tender.
  • 4 remove from heat and stir in cream.
