Atlantic City Sour Cream Biscuits

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour 
- 1 teaspoon baking soda 
- 1 teaspoon baking powder 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
- 1 cup fat free sour cream 
Recipe
- 1 in a medium-large bowl, blend flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt together with a whisk. add sour cream and mix into a stiff dough. 
- 2 using floured hands, turn dough out onto a floured board. flour a rolling pin and roll dough to a 1/2-inch thickness. cut biscuits with a biscuit cutter or simply with the rim of a drinking glass.
