Ingredients

- 1 lb new potato
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 bring potatoes to boil in a pot of cold water.
- 2 simmer until fork tender.
- 3 remove potatoes, cool slightly, remove skin, toss in other ingredients.
- 4 wrap in aluminum foil.
